Experts/Stakeholders Review & Harmonization Workshop For The Food Safety & Quality Bill (2019)
This Technical Experts Review, Harmonization & Wide Stakeholders engagement aims engaging actors across the different Line Ministries (Health, Agriculture, Environment, Trade, Science and Technology, Justice (Regulatory and Legislative), Departments, and Agencies (NAFDAC, SON, NAQS, FPIS, NESREA etc.) for collaborations towards the review and harmonization of the Food Safety & Quality legislation to capture emerging developments in the ecosystem, enactment, implementation and enforcement of food quality and safety for Intra-African and international trade, biosafety, phytosanitary standards and obligations.
