The mandate of the Digital Economy Business Council is to advocate for developing and expanding digital infrastructure to enhance connectivity and enable Nigeria's digital transformation, work with regulators and policymakers to ensure a competitive pricing environment that supports innovation and removes barriers to growth in the digital ecosystem, facilitate public-private partnerships to drive investment and foster collaboration within the digital sector and serve as a platform for high-level dialogue and actionable recommendations to strengthen Nigeria's position in the global digital economy
