Olufemi Saibu is a Professor of Development Economics and the Director, Institute of Nigeria China Development Studies of University of Lagos. He is development economist, trade & Investment policy analysist and small business economist with special interest in economic inclusiveness and empowerment in various sub-sectors of the economy with great passion for small-scale enterprises development and market penetration
