Inclusive growth cannot be achieved while insecurity keeps productive assets idle and millions of displaced people excluded from economic activity. The imperative is to shift from humanitarian containment to economic mobilisation, de-risking investment, restoring productive systems and integrating displaced and host communities into jobs, enterprise and markets as contributors to national prosperity.
