Visa for entry into Nigeria
You MUST hold a valid visa to enter Nigeria. For more information, please contact the nearest Nigerian Embassy in your area.

Registration and Accommodation
Registration fee is N90,000 or $1,000. This fee does not include accommodation. To ensure hassle free registration, participants are advised to pre-register. 

A limited number of reduced rooms at reduced rates have been reserved for delegates at the following hotels in Abuja:

 Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the summit, a substitute delegate is always welcome. All substitutions and name changes must be received in writing by post or fax. All cancellations will carry 10% administration fee. An official cancellation number must be obtained from the NESG to qualify for a refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 29, 2008. For cancellations received after this date, conference papers on CD will be sent.
